ALENA | PAROS is comprised of two premium 58m² residences quietly situated within a boutique six-apartment complex nestled in the peaceful hillside enclave of Aspro Chorio.

Thoughtfully designed with authentic Greek charm, the intimate interior embraces refined simplicity—offering a curated return to island life alongside modern day essentials.

Centred around the simple pleasure of outdoor living, each residence features two distinct private terraces. One moves seamlessly off the living space for long lunches, while the other opens entirely from the bedroom for first light or quiet evenings. It is a space created to let you find your own private island rhythm.

We host a maximum of two parties at any time. There are no front desks, no schedules — only the house, the sea, and the day ahead.

A cool, sheltered sanctuary designed to help you find your own relaxed indoor-outdoor flow. The bedroom veranda offers a highly secluded, completely shaded pocket— ideal for a refreshingly cool, sun-protected retreat during the height of the summer heat. Across the suite, a separate covered terrace provides a tucked-away charm for open-air lunches, just steps from the shared infinity pool overlooking the Aegean Sea.

The Panorama Sky Suite

Lifted into the Aegean light and cooled by the shifting Meltemi cross-breezes, the Panorama Sky Suite is shaped entirely by its expansive vantage point. Enjoy afternoon dining on the covered terrace off the living room, or retreat to the bedroom veranda—an open-air deck that captures unobstructed views stretching across the Aegean horizon to Naxos, Iraklia, Sikinos, Drionisi, and Folegandros.

Minimum stay of four nights. All rates include high-speed Wi-Fi, dedicated guest parking, and full access to the property’s shared amenities. Residences operate on a private, self-contained basis within a quiet hillside complex.

Booking Notes & Fixed Fees

(1) Preparation & Arrival Fee: A flat €220 fee per stay is applied to all bookings. This covers comprehensive professional suite cleaning, fresh linen preparation, personal on-site check-in coordination, and dedicated local guest relations throughout your stay.

(2) Housekeeping & Independence: Stays are independent and self-contained without daily housekeeping. Fresh backup bed linens and towels are provided in the suite. Additional intermediate turnover cleanings can be arranged upon request for an extra charge.

(3) Additional guests: Base rates cover up to two guests. A third guest can be accommodated on the custom built-in Cycladic daybed for an additional 15% surcharge per night.

(4) State Tax: A mandatory Greek state Climate Crisis Resilience Fee per night applies to all bookings.
